App Extension Support

At TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard, we’re all about saving you steps. With this latest version, we now let you quickly and easily send TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard messages from other iOS Apps that support App Extensions. In version 5.2, you’ll see TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard among the file-forwarding options when selecting photos, videos, PDFs, Word docs, and presentations.

If you’d like to send a file as an attachment from within another app, simply open the list of App Extensions and select TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard. A screen will open showing your TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard contacts and you can choose the User, Group, or Distribution List who will receive the file. With just a few taps, you can send secure attachments through TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard without closing the app you are currently working in.

Group Message Status Details

You can track a package you’ve sent through the mail. We believe it should be just as easy to track a message over the wires, which is why TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard pioneered the ability to track Message Status across mobile and desktop platforms. To be honest, we never anticipated just how powerful this feature would be for our users when we first developed it. We got so much positive feedback about how the difference it makes to see confirmations for “Sent,” “Delivered,” and “Read” during urgent discussions, we decided to extend this function to Group conversations.

With this upgrade, you can see the status of your message for each recipient in a Group. Know for certain and in real-time when you have successfully sent the message to each person, when their device has received it, and when they have read it. No other messaging app provides this level of status tracking for group conversations.

Message Attachment Previews

When attaching a file, do you like to check several times before sending your message? Do you find yourself accidentally selecting the wrong attachment and then frantically tapping on Recall to undo your mistake?

In the latest iOS 5.2, we’re adding a preview step after attaching a file so you can add text to the message. This step also lets you view or edit your attached photos, videos, or documents before tapping “Send.”
