Impact to TigerConnect Users

Effective Sept. 1, 2022, TigerConnect customers must use a mobile device (phone, tablet) with the following minimum operating system (OS) requirements and will be unable to install future releases of the TigerConnect application:

Apple:

  • Mobile Phone – iOS 14 and above
  • iPadOS 14 and above
  • watchOS 6 and above

Android:

  • Mobile phone – Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above*

*Google has increased emphasis on security and privacy for their users. To leverage these improvements, TigerConnect users are requested to stay more current with the Android OS used on their devices.

What is an Operating System (OS)?

Can I continue using TigerConnect on an unsupported OS version?
