Chief Customer Officer, TigerConnect – Brian Kaminski, chief customer officer at TigerConnect, has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling customer success organizations at high-growth technology organizations. Brian leads customer success operations and strategy for TigerConnect and is focused on understanding customers’ challenges and opportunities and partnering with customers to lead them to transformational business outcomes. Prior to joining TigerConnect, Brian was CCO at Perceptyx, an HR technology and employee listening SaaS organization. He’s also held leadership positions at Conversica, IBM, and Marin Software. Kaminski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University.
