Officer Brad previously ran DIC Entertainment as President for six years after working for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette as an Investment Banker. After acquiring the company with Bain Capital from the Walt Disney Company in 2000, he helped grow the company from less than $10 million of revenues to over $80 million in 2005 when he took the company public on the London Stock Exchange at a $200 million valuation. Brad received his BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Andrew A. Brooks, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon. He currently serves as the chief medical officer at TigerConnect, a company he co-founded in 2010 to revolutionize healthcare workflow and productivity. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in his field of interest. In addition to his work at TigerConnect, Dr. Brooks is also a managing partner for 111 West Capital; his primary focus is early-stage healthcare software businesses. Dr. Brooks is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of Southern California.

Jay DeGooyer is general counsel for TigerConnect, overseeing all legal matters for the company. Jay brings 20 years of in-house and private law firm experience to TigerConnect. Prior to joining TigerConnect, Jay served as general counsel at Narvar, Inc., following just over four years at Marin Software Incorporated where he held multiple roles including general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to joining Marin Software, Jay spent close to six years at the Hewlett-Packard Company. At Hewlett-Packard, he served as VP and associate general counsel of HP’s Enterprise Group, where he was responsible for driving legal strategy and support across multiple disciplines. During his HP tenure, he also held senior legal roles supporting HP’s global supply chain, direct procurement operations, and strategic alliances. Before joining HP, Jay was an attorney with Morgan Lewis in San Francisco. Jay received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law and earned his B.A. from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Officer Tim Goodwin has more than 15 years of technology leadership experience and a proven track record of building and running product development teams in an environment of rapid growth. As chief technology officer of TigerConnect, his focus is on strategically streamlining technology processes to prepare the company for continued growth and innovation. Hailing from New Zealand, Tim moved to the U.S. in 2013. He joined TigerConnect from Vacasa, the largest U.S. vacation rental management company, where he served as the CTO. He is credited with laying the foundation that enabled Vacasa to scale from supporting 5,000 vacation homes to its current inventory of more than 25,000 homes around the globe. Prior to Vacasa, Tim was CIO and senior vice president at Fiserv Digital Channels. Tim earned a bachelor of computer science from The University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Brian leads customer success operations and strategy for TigerConnect and is focused on understanding customers’ challenges and opportunities and partnering with customers to lead them to transformational business outcomes. Prior to joining TigerConnect, Brian was CCO at Perceptyx, an HR technology and employee listening SaaS organization. He’s also held leadership positions at Conversica, IBM, and Marin Software. Kaminski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University. He lives in Mill Valley, CA with his wife, Amy, and their two boys.

In his most recent role as senior vice president of finance, John was instrumental in helping the company achieve rapid growth while maintaining a strong financial position and securing equity investments to enable strategic growth. As CFO, he will be responsible for TigerConnect’s overall financial strategy and management. Prior to joining TigerConnect, John helped scale and operate a leading VC-backed mobile insurance company in Brazil, advised large Brazilian corporations as a management consultant at McKinsey and Company, and invested on behalf of large net worth clients at JP Morgan. John has an MBA with a focus in finance and accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He’s an industry-known physician executive with more than 20 years of healthcare experience focused on operations, strategic planning, consulting, client delivery, and thought leadership across the healthcare industry.As an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. O’Connor has significant provider experience as well as deep commercial experience, having worked for multiple companies, including McKesson, Allscripts/Eclipsys, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He specializes in assisting large health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and payers leverage healthcare information technology and operational improvements to advance their clinical and financial outcomes.Additional experience includes EHR and HIE implementations, clinical communication and collaboration, clinician adoption, analytics, clinical decision support, provider operational analysis, and clinical process redesign.

Saurin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

At TigerConnect she oversees all aspects of human resources including talent strategy and acquisition, learning, employee engagement and culture development. Prior to TigerConnect, Allie led global human resources for Egencia, the business travel arm of Expedia, which consisted of 4,000 employees across 16 countries. Prior to Egencia, Allie held global leadership positions at several high-growth technology companies including Amazon, Concur, and Remitly. Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University, a PHR designation, and an advanced certification in Korn Ferry’s Lominger Leadership suite.
