Brad Brooks

As co-founder and chief executive officer for TigerConnect, Brad sets TigerConnect’s strategic direction and develops the company’s core competencies to transform the healthcare industry into an efficient, life-saving and high-performing sector of the economy. Under his leadership, the product portfolio and customer base have expanded, and the company has evolved their product suite into a leading unified communications platform.
Brad specializes in creating value for customers and shareholders by disrupting the status quo in various industries. After working as an investment banker in New York with Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette, he partnered with Bain Capital to acquire DIC Entertainment from the Walt Disney Company in 2000. As president of DIC, he led a creative renewal in its media properties and expanded revenue from $10 million to $80 million before the company went public.
Brad received his Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

As co-founder and chief medical officer for TigerConnect, Dr. Brooks guides the development of TigerConnect’s core competencies as a technology and service provider to the U.S. healthcare industry. He combines his knowledge of the daily reality of the hospital environment with a passion for systemic issues across the healthcare spectrum.
Prior to co-founding TigerConnect in 2010, Dr. Brooks founded Specialty Surgical Center (which sold to Symbion in 2005), as well as Cardo Medical, Inc., a publicly traded orthopedic device company that was acquired by Arthrex in 2011.
Dr. Brooks is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons with a specialty in sports medicine, arthroscopy, and joint reconstruction. With more than two decades of medical practice, Dr. Brooks brings both a clinical and entrepreneurial perspective to TigerConnect.

Marissa Carlson

As chief marketing officer for TigerConnect, Marissa Carlson spearheads the development and execution of TigerConnect’s comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing demand generation, branding, product and customer marketing, public relations, and business development. Marissa is a tenured leader in the healthcare IT industry, with deep SaaS go to market expertise and a strong track record of building client-centric marketing strategies that drive growth.
Prior to joining TigerConnect, Marissa was CMO at Intelerad, a global medical imaging software company. While at Intelerad, Marissa drove revenue and growth by implementing multi-faceted marketing strategies on a global scale. Previously, Marissa led marketing at Greenway Health, an EHR and revenue cycle management company. Throughout her career, Marissa has shaped marketing teams through strong execution, collaboration, and a relentless focus on the customer.
Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from St. Ambrose University, and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Research from Midwestern University.

As chief technology officer for TigerConnect, Tim Goodwin is focused on streamlining development of new technologies and innovative solutions for the rapidly changing healthcare industry. He combines his proven track record as a technology leader and his experience building and running product development teams to guide the company forward through continued growth and innovation.
Tim moved to the U.S. from New Zealand in 2013. He joined TigerConnect from Vacasa, the largest U.S. vacation rental management company, where he served as the CTO. He is credited with laying the foundation that enabled Vacasa to scale from supporting 5,000 vacation homes to more than 25,000 homes around the globe. Prior to Vacasa, Tim was CIO and senior vice president at Fiserv Digital Channels.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from The University of Auckland in New Zealand.

As chief customer officer for TigerConnect, Brian is focused on understanding the challenges and opportunities facing the healthcare industry and helping customers achieve transformational business outcomes. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling customer success organizations at high-growth technology organizations to the table.
Previously, Brian served as chief customer officer at Perceptyx, an HR technology and employee listening SaaS organization. In this role, he drove the adoption of a diverse product portfolio, enabling customers to unlock greater business value from the company’s products and services. Brian also restructured the customer success organization, resulting in improved company margins, enhanced customer outcomes, and deeper adoption of the company’s multi-product offerings. Additionally, he played a key role in transforming Perceptyx’s solutions from episodic delivery to an ongoing SaaS model, fostering sustained customer engagement and long-term value creation. He’s also held leadership positions at Conversica, IBM, and Marin Software.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

As chief financial officer for TigerConnect, John Montealegre guides the company’s overall financial strategy and management. John believes solid financial performance provides a foundation for helping customers as their needs evolve over time. He has been instrumental in helping the company achieve rapid growth while maintaining a strong financial position and securing equity investments to enable strategic growth.
Prior to joining TigerConnect, John helped scale and operate a leading VC-backed mobile insurance company in Brazil, advised large Brazilian corporations as a management consultant at McKinsey and Company, and invested on behalf of large net worth clients at JP Morgan. He understands the world of finance from numerous perspectives.
John holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As chief medical information officer for TigerConnect, Dr. O’Connor is the expert on how information and communication impacts care delivery in healthcare settings. He is an industry advocate for healthcare organizations as they navigate the need to deliver world-class care while improving financial performance.
Dr. O’Connor is a well-known orthopedic surgeon and clinical executive in the industry with more than 20 years of healthcare experience focused on solution design, client delivery, and thought leadership across the healthcare industry. His previous executive commercial consulting experience includes high-profile firms such as McKesson, Allscripts/Eclipsys, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Dr. O’Connor earned his Doctorate from NYU School of Medicine, where he then continued his surgical studies. He has published numerous articles, presented at various industry conferences and been involved in electronic health records and health information exchange implementations, clinical process redesign and many other facets of healthcare and medical collaboration.

As the chief sales officer for TigerConnect, Scott Parsons leads sales strategy, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth for the company. Scott is a passionate customer advocate who spends extensive time listening to their needs.
Prior to joining TigerConnect, Scott was executive vice president of the Americas at Pluralsight, a tech workforce development company. He also held leadership positions at Oracle, Adaptive Insights, and Qlik. Taken together, he has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience at leading software and cloud technology companies. He believes strongly that the sales function in high technology is not centered on what the technology can do, but the outcomes the customer hopes to achieve.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Political Science from Westmont College.

As chief product officer for TigerConnect, Saurin Shah leads product management, design, and product operations to advance the company’s mission to transform communication and collaboration within the healthcare industry.
Saurin is an accomplished technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in product management, design, and strategy. His goal is to use technology to build innovative products that are designed to solve important user problems. Before joining TigerConnect, Saurin held senior leadership positions at leading companies such as Medallia, Salesforce, Experian, and Accenture, where he spearheaded innovative product initiatives that drove growth and improved customer experiences.
Saurin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. He also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

As chief people officer for TigerConnect, Allie oversees all aspects of human resources including talent strategy and acquisition, learning, employee engagement and culture development. Allie has more than 17 years of human resources experience building high-performing organizations at fast-growing technology companies.
Prior to joining TigerConnect, Allie led global human resources for Egencia, the business travel arm of Expedia, which consisted of 4,000 employees across 16 countries. Previously, Allie held global leadership positions at several high-growth technology companies including Amazon, Concur, and Remitly.
Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University, a PHR designation, and an advanced certification in Korn Ferry’s Lominger Leadership suite.
