TigerConnect Names Sarah Shillington SVP of Client Success

Shillington Brings 25 Years of Healthcare Experience Overseeing Client Success at Large-Scale, Global Enterprise Companies

SANTA MONICA, CA – May 15, 2019 – TigerConnect, provider of healthcare’s most advanced, reliable, and widely adopted clinical communication and collaboration (CC&C) solution, today announced Sarah Shillington has joined the company to serve as the Senior Vice President of Client Success.

Shillington will represent the collective voice of TigerConnect’s 5,000 customers, leading teams responsible for helping customers onboard and maximize their success with the company’s expanding product portfolio. She brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare IT, overseeing client organizations at large-scale, global enterprise companies, most recently leading client services at Leidos Health.

Shillington was most recently at Leidos Health, leading consulting advisory services and strategic partnerships. Prior to Leidos, Sarah had a 19-year career at McKesson where she ran the customer education program, clinical consulting, as well as account management and teams,  focused on helping clients maximize the value of McKesson’s extensive product portfolio. Shillington has also spent several years as a health educator at Humboldt State University and the University of Wisconsin. Shillington earned a bachelor’s degree in Education Administration and Health from North Central College and a master’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University.
