The top reported bottlenecks in moving patients through the healthcare ecosystem include consult, discharge, and transport delays. All of these bottlenecks could be solved with real-time advanced communication.

In the 2021 State of Healthcare Communication report, TigerConnect surveyed more than 739 clinical and administrative respondents on the challenges they faced in healthcare communication.
