If you need to serve legal documents on TigerConnect, Inc., its subsidiaries, or affiliates, please note the following:
TigerConnect does not accept service of process directly at its offices.
TigerConnect cannot accept or respond to service of process delivered by mail, email, fax, or in person at any TigerConnect location.
All service of process, including subpoenas, summonses, or requests for business records or documents (whether relating to TigerConnect itself or materials in its care, custody, or control on behalf of TigerConnect customers), must be formally served on TigerConnect’s registered agent at the applicable location: CT Corporation
