The TigerConnect Winter 2026 Product Release introduces enhancements across TigerConnect’s care communications orchestration platform. Here you’ll find an introduction to the new Operator Console product available through early access, a demo video highlighting key winter release features, insights from our Chief Product Officer, and detailed information about capabilities included in this release – both those offered through the early access program and those that are now generally available.

Early Access Capabilities

TigerConnect Alarm Management (powered by CareConduit)
- SMTP Inbound: Allows email-based notifications from temperature monitoring, infant security, and other critical systems to be converted into intelligently routed mobile alerts.
- WCTP Outbound: Enables delivery of third-party system alerts — nurse call, patient monitors, etc. — to non-TigerConnect applications, such as Epic Rover.

TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration
- Delegation: Provides clearer visibility into who is covering for unavailable clinicians and enables seamless auto-forwarding of group messages and alerts
- Flag & Filter: Allows clinicians to quickly focus on priority communication by flagging important threads and filtering the inbox.
- Hands-Free: Enables voice‑activated calling, messaging, and status management across iOS and Android devices.
- TigerConnect Messenger in Epic (previously released): Embed the TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration solution in Epic’s desktop interface and deep link the TigerConnect and Epic mobile applications, minimizing context switching and streamlining communication.

TigerConnect Physician Scheduling
- Work Patterns: Builds reusable assignment templates to reduce repetitive work.
- Epic On-Call Finder: Sends TigerConnect Physician Scheduling data directly to Epic so users can view on‑call provider details within Hyperspace.
- Provider Targets & Assignment Overrides (previously released): Enable precise tracking of provider work goals and contract compliance to ensure fair and transparent scheduling. Handle complex staffing needs by providing comprehensive assignment controls and documentation for each provider.
- Scheduling Enterprise Management (previously released): Manage users, groups, and reports in a centralized location with self-service tools to get what you need done faster.
- On-Call Schedule in Epic (previously released): Embedded, real-time TigerConnect Physician Scheduling data in Epic gives clinicians instant access to up-to-date on-call assignments and contact protocols within their EHR, reducing context switching and streamlining consult workflows.

TigerConnect Pre-Hospital
- Multiple Patients: Allows EMS crews to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously during multi‑patient transport.
- Post Case Feedback: Enables hospitals to securely share patient outcomes and treatment feedback with EMS to support continuous learning.
- TigerConnect EMS Protocol Assistant (previously released): Help EMS providers quickly identify the correct protocols to follow and treatment dosages to administer based on a patient’s condition.

- Keyword Search: Enables clinicians to quickly locate relevant information in their inbox by searching for message content, saving time and reducing cognitive load.
- Self-Serve Username & Email Update: Allows administrators to update usernames and email addresses through the UI or IdP integration, removing the need for support tickets.
- Self-Service SAML Configuration: Automates certificate validation and streamlines the activation process, so administrators can configure Single Sign-On quickly and without technical support.
TigerConnect Smart Room – Digital Whiteboard
- Clinical Trends Component: Displays key clinical trends to support clearer patient-provider discussions and real-time clinical decision-making.
- NICU Digital Whiteboard: Provides real-time visibility into essential NICU data, including weight, touch frequency, and other key metrics to support infant development and care coordination.
TigerConnect Smart Room – Interactive TV
- Screen Reader: Enables visually impaired patients to hear content through audio output, improving accessibility and supporting Section 508 compliance.
- Netflix & Amazon Prime Video Access: Allows patients to sign in to their personal streaming accounts to access familiar entertainment and enhance comfort during hospitalization.
- Bring Your Own Device Patient (BYOD) Remote: Provides patients with the ability to control the Interactive TV with their own mobile device.

TigerConnect Nurse Call
- Call Answer Terminal: Delivers a centralized view of active workflows, room-level staff presence, and searchable information on staff assets and patients to support faster, more accurate event response.
- Asset Tracking: Provides real-time visibility into equipment location and availability by creating assets, associating RTLS badges, and tracking devices through the web app or call answer terminal.
- Enterprise Architecture & Scalability Improvements: Supports seamless configuration changes, upgrades, and database updates for large enterprises through dynamic configuration propagation and zero-downtime deployment.
