TigerConnect Strengthens Global Presence with New Mexico City Office
Strategic regional expansion aims to attract local talent and enhance delivery of the company’s unified healthcare communications solutions
SANTA MONICA, CA., May 13, 2025 — TigerConnect, the leading unified healthcare communications platform, today announced the opening of its new regional office in Mexico City. Centrally located in the heart of Reforma, the expanded workspace is a reflection of the company’s commitment to fostering a collaborative environment for its employees while strengthening its global footprint to support quality innovation for a growing customer base.
The new office serves as a regional hub for TigerConnect, supporting key business functions including product development, customer support, and operational excellence. With flexible workspace for up to 140 employees, the expanded investment in Mexico City strengthens TigerConnect’s access to top talent and will support the company’s efforts to scale its engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

In addition to the office’s contemporary workstations, TigerConnect’s newest location features a state-of-the-art training room for onboarding, team enablement, and leadership development across all functions and levels of the organization. Additional office amenities include multiple private phone booths, four private meeting rooms, huddle spaces for team collaboration, and a lactation room for new mothers.
