New Mobile Update – iOS Version 9.12.57

TigerConnect for iOS mobile version 9.12.57 will be available in the App Store beginning Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

RELEASE CONTENTS & IMPACT
v 9.12.57 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.

Fixes:

• Corrects crash issue in embedded 3rd-party software. Reduces risk of TigerConnect app crash.
• Corrects an issue on Apple Watch where messages sent as a Role displayed incorrectly as received messages rather than sent messages.
• Corrects an issue where the avatar image for Forums was not displaying properly.
• Corrects an issue where Forum messages will always show message status as “Sent”.
• Corrects an issue causing forwarded messages to send multiple times.
• Corrects an issue where users were not able to forward standard messages as a priority messages to multiple users.
• Corrects an issue where forwarded priority messages aren’t displayed correctly in the conversation.

Improvements:

• Introduction of a progress bar, animated availability and cancel buttons to provide visual feedback indicating successful button presses. Offers users clear UI feedback during Availability feature button interactions. (Early Access only)
• Updates the Patient Context search experience so when a user selects the “add patient reference” button in the compose flow the cursor will be placed in the text input field without the user needing to place it manually. (Early Access only)
• Updates @Mention feature to preserve a mention when the user resends a message. (Early Access only)
• Updates the @Mentions feature to highlight mentions correctly, enhance communication and ensure that important references are easily identifiable within the message thread. (Early Access only)
• Updates language related to identifying and adding @Mentioned users to a group when they are not already members. (Early Access only)
• Updates @Mentions user picker experience (Early Access only)
• Updates @Mention creation process to identify users who are going to be mentioned in a group where the mentioned user is not a member. (Early Access only)
• Updates @Mention user picker to allow adding a member to a message group during the @Mention creation process when the mentioned user is not already a member of the group. (Early Access only)
• Update to automatically place the cursor into the @Mention search input field when the recipient picker is opened so users do not need to manually place the cursor. (Early Access only)
• Updates Compose Flow to show “Not in Conversation” label on pop-up @Mention display. (Early Access only)
• Updates display consistency of the revised action menu visible when a user long-presses on the message. (Early Access only)
• Corrects Preserve Conversation feature toggle to prevent visibility in Forums, intra-team groups, and Patient Reference groups. The toggle should be only visible in regular groups. (Early Access only)
• Updates Override Silent Mode notification option to display when the Availability feature is enabled. (Early Access only)
