New Mobile Update – iOS Version 9.12.53

TigerConnect for iOS mobile version 9.12.53 will be available in the Apple App Store beginning Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

RELEASE CONTENTS & IMPACT

v9.12.53 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.

Fixes:

Corrects an issue where the app may crash when opening a conversation with a Team
Corrects an issue where users are not taken directly to the conversation view after creating a patient group (Patient Engagement)

Improvements:
Adds option to navigate to Role Profile when selecting a Role avatar in a conversation with a Role
