New Mobile Update – iOS Version 9.12.54

TigerConnect for iOS mobile version 9.12.54 will be available in the App Store beginning Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

RELEASE CONTENTS & IMPACT

v9.12.54 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.

Fixes:

Corrects an issue where message statuses do not always sync with the platform and may trigger unwanted repeat push notifications (“Ghost Badges”).
Corrects an issue with Patient Engagement VoIP calling that causes a call to end prematurely before the patient joins.

Improvements:

Introduces enhanced logging to enable more effective and proactive Ghost Badge issue detection and tracing.
Builds on incremental infrastructure changes supporting upcoming new feature releases.
