Version 9.12.78 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.
Fixes
- Fixes issues with VoIP calls in the Virtual Waiting Room (VWR) where calls cannot be terminated with the red “End” button and colors on the call screen do not display correctly in Dark Mode.
- Fixes an issue where Directory search results do not display correctly.
- Resolves an issue causing the app to close unexpectedly when saving data to the device’s local cache.
Improvements
- Enables setting the TigerConnect iOS app as the default calling app on supported devices.
- Updates the Role Escalation workflow involving TigerPage messages on iOS to match Android functionality and enable escalation process discontinuation with a new “Acknowledge” button (replaces ‘Reply with SMS’).
