Version 9.12.69 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.
Fixes
- Corrects an issue where Conversation Details may show the incorrect Role Owner until refreshed.
- Corrects an issue in the Patient Network where users adding another provider to a patient group conversation see search results including users without access to Patient Network when the access setting is set to ‘Individual’ in the admin console. New search results automatically filter results to only display authorized staff.
- Corrects an issue where “TigerConnect PBX Call” may be chosen to handle a call when there are no PBX lines connected to the device.
Improvements
- Enables support for Android’s new standard file picker UI for users on older Android OS versions (8-10), offering improved usability and security.
