Release Contents & Impact
Version 9.12.63 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.
Fixes:
- Corrects an issue where VOIP call hold status does not display correctly. Users will now see “Call On Hold” text over a timer while a call is on hold.
- Corrects an issue where a remote user picks up a cellular call, but is still shown as available to other users on VOIP call.
