Version 9.12.73 addresses customer-reported bugs, introduces performance improvements, and includes background infrastructure changes supporting TigerConnect user experience enhancements in upcoming app releases.
Fixes
- Corrects an issue where the TigerConnect app unexpectedly logs out on some configurations of Imprivata Mobile Device Access, and adds logout reason tracking.
- Corrects an issue where a call does not immediately end for the recipient after the caller has left and ending the call results in an app crash.
- Corrects an issue with app-to-app calling where participants where the mute button does not consistently work as designed.
- Corrects an issue where incoming caller IDs do not work for masked cellular calls on Android 16.
- Corrects an issue where chats initiated with @Mentions cannot be connected to a conversation.
- Corrects an issue a user’s status incorrectly displays as Do-Not-Disturb (DND) when they are on Auto-Forward.
Improvements
- Adds a banner in the inbox to more easily return to an active call.
- Simplifies the API authentication process by making username optional when using an API key.
