Today we announce our newest feature, TigerSchedule (Call Scheduler) Shared Call Calendar Live Sync. Our vision was to support individual practice to be able to have their own “feeder calendar” and then the Hospital has the ability to have a “share call calendar” that populates its schedule info from the individual practice feeder calendars.
Your Customer Success Manager will assist you with the set-up and configuration of the Shared Calendar. You will need to add all of the providers coming from the feeder calendars to the Shared Calendar as well as the jobs. Essentially this is a separate calendar with providers and jobs. You will see how we map the providers and jobs from the feeder calendars to the Shared Calendar below.
|First we need identify which calendars will be feeding information to the Shared Call Calendar.|
|Next we choose which jobs in each feeder calendar are mapping to which jobs in the Shared Call Calendar.|
|Lastly we need to map the providers from each feeder calendar to the providers in the Shared Call Calendar.|
