Changing “Provider” username and passwords
Each provider can log into TigerSchedule (Call Scheduler) and mobile app with a username and password. To add or update a username or password please follow the directions below.
- Using your “scheduler” level access, log into TigerSchedule (Call Scheduler) and navigate to the “Provider List” under the “Settings” menu.
- Locate the provider’s name and click “Edit”.
- Click “Edit” in the provider properties section.
- In this area, you can add or edit the username and password. The password field is “hidden”. If you or the provider does not know the password then feel free to change it. Don’t forget to hit “save”.
