In celebration of National Nurses Month, TigerConnect is excited to accept nominations for the second annual Nurses at the Heart of Healthcare Contest! We honor the nurses in our communities for safeguarding public health, shaping health policy decisions, and changing lives.

We want to hear from you about a nurse who has gone above and beyond to demonstrate compassion, patience, and integrity in their work. You can nominate a friend, family member, co-worker, boss, or even yourself.

How to Enter

Complete the form on this page. In your nomination, please explain how your nominee has shown outstanding commitment to patient care and goes above and beyond to improve the patient experience.

Can’t pick just one amazing nurse? No problem. To nominate multiple nurses, please complete an additional form.

Nurses at the Heart of Healthcare Contest is open to US residents in the following roles: nurse manager, nurse executive, nurse leader, and chief nursing officer. Filling out the contest form will earn one entry. Winners will be awarded in a random drawing of completed entries. One winner will receive a $100 VISA gift card and 4 additional winners will receive a pair of On Cloud Shoes. The contest will run from May 1st to May 15th. The winners will be announced on May 30th and will be featured on the TigerConnect website and social media.
