TigerConnectAppoints Two SaaS Leaders to Drive Product Enhancements and Revenue Growth

Veteran leaders bring extensive experience to accelerate TigerConnect’s mission to optimize healthcare workflows with real-time communication and collaboration

SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 24, 2023 — TigerConnect, maker of healthcare’s most powerful clinical collaboration platform, today announced the appointment of two veteran technology executives to its leadership team. Saurin Shah joins as chief product officer, and Scott Parsons joins as chief sales officer.

The addition of Shah and Parsons follows a successful year of expansion and adoption of TigerConnect’s portfolio across health systems. In 2022, TigerConnect’s award-winning platform received a strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners, and the company appointed its first president, continuing its mission to improve patient care through real-time contextual communication and collaboration.

“Ensuring we have a world-class executive leadership team is paramount to our continued growth at TigerConnect,” said Brad Brooks, CEO and co-founder of TigerConnect. “Both Saurin and Scott bring extensive experience in leading high-performing teams in the SaaS industry, which will help us provide an even more robust one-of-a-kind experience to our users.”

As chief product officer, Shah will oversee product management, user experience design, and product operations for the company’s suite of SaaS solutions, including the TigerConnect Clinical Communication Platform, TigerConnect Physician Scheduling, TigerConnect Patient Engagement, and TigerConnect Alarm and Event Management. Shah has over 20 years of experience in product management, design, and strategy with companies such as Medallia, Salesforce, Experian, and Accenture. He reports to Brad Brooks, CEO and co-founder of TigerConnect.

Parsons joins the TigerConnect team as chief sales officer, leading sales strategy, operational plans, and processes to drive revenue growth. Prior to joining TigerConnect, Parsons was executive vice president of Americas at Pluralsight, a tech workforce development company. Parsons brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience at leading software and cloud technology companies, including Oracle, Apptio, Adaptive Insights, and Qlik.
