SANTA MONICA, CALIF. (August 27, 2014) – TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard, the leader in secure, real-time messaging for the enterprise, marked the first half of 2014 with record sales and customer growth, which led to a 750% spike in message volume. TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard customers are now sending over 300 million messages per month across its secure platform.

The company’s considerable growth is being driven by several notable customer wins and product innovations that are unlocking workflow productivity for its users. Since the beginning of 2014, the company has added more than 300 new facilities on average each month. Additionally, new channel partners Verizon and PC Mall have bolstered TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard’s distribution network in the first half to expand the company’s footprint.

“The explosion of SMS has transformed the communication habits of consumers globally,” said Brad Brooks, TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard Co-Founder and CEO. “While SMS has been successful for individuals, it missed the chance to replace instant messaging in the enterprise because of its inherent security flaws and lack of administrative controls. TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard’s dramatic growth has been driven by enterprises looking for the benefits of SMS, but in a solution that was built to satisfy corporate safeguards and administrative requirements. For the remainder of 2014 we will continue to invest heavily in our messaging apps and the TigerConnect API as we expand our offerings to the enterprise.”

TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard expanded its market share in the first half of 2014, with a number of prominent healthcare organizations adopting the company’s secure messaging solutions, including Community Health Systems, Universal Health Services, Boston Children’s Hospital and NAMM California. Other wins include Kadlec Health System, Kennedy Health System and Centura Health.

“We quickly recognized the need for a secure messaging solution that would keep us compliant while simplifying our communication process and improving staff responsiveness,” said Bruce Harris, Director of IT at NAMMCalifornia. “TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard not only met our strict requirements, but also provided the flexibility and scalability we needed to deploy the solution enterprise-wide. We look forward to working with them to help us break down communication barriers and silos, while effectively managing HIPAA compliance risk.”
