TigerConnect Expands C-Suite with Three Executive Promotions

Promotions come on the heels of a significant strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners earlier this year

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 21, 2022 TigerConnect, maker of healthcare’s most powerful clinical collaboration platform, today announced that it has promoted three executives to newly expanded roles. Effective immediately, John Montealegre has been promoted to chief financial officer, Harish Panchal has been promoted to chief sales officer, and Allie Vu has been promoted to chief people officer.

TigerConnect has had several years of significant growth. We are expanding our platform and working to transform the health care industry with clinical collaboration solutions that enhance patient care. Today we are proud to recognize the exceptional team that has made this work possible,” said Brad Brooks, co-Founder and chief executive officer at TigerConnect. “Our promotion of John, Harish, and Allie is a testament to the significant contributions they have made to the Company’s growth and success and underscores our commitment to building a world-class leadership team to carry out this critical work.”

John Montealegre joined TigerConnect in 2014 as a corporate strategy analyst, and in his most recent role as senior vice president of finance, Montealegre was instrumental in helping the company achieve rapid growth while maintaining a strong financial position and securing strategic equity investments. He brings 15+ years of experience in finance and consulting, having previously worked at JP Morgan and McKinsey and Company. In his new role as CFO, he will be responsible for TigerConnect’s overall financial strategy and management and play a significant role in advising the board on synergy opportunities in future mergers and acquisitions.

TigerConnect’s new chief sales officer, Harish Panchal brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, with a proven track record of building high-performance performance SaaS organizations and driving revenue growth. Panchal joined TigerConnect in 2018 as senior vice president of Sales and has played a key role in the company’s sales growth and expansion. Prior to TigerConnect, Panchal was responsible for overall revenue for Rhapsody Integration Engine at Orion Health. In his new role as chief sales officer, he will continue to oversee the sales organization with a focus on scaling operations to meet sales and revenue targets.

Allie Vu joined TigerConnect in 2019 and has more than 17 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining TigerConnect, she led human resources for Egencia, the business travel arm of Expedia, and held leadership positions at companies such as Amazon, Concur, and Remitly. In her new role as chief people officer, Vu will lead all aspects of HR, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. With her extensive experience in HR and employee engagement, Vu is well-positioned to help TigerConnect continue to attract and retain top talent around the globe.

These promotions come on the heels of a significant strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners, a leading global investment firm focused exclusively on software, data, and technology-based businesses.
