New Report Reveals Extent of Disjointed Mobile Messaging Strategy in the Enterprise

A research report from OpenMarket and IDC has found that 62% of businesses have more than one mobile messaging platform in use.

This muddled strategy, revealed in the snappily-titled report “Enterprises Adopting Mobile Messaging to Enhance Communications and Improve Business Operations”, finds 70% of enterprises use mobile messaging for internal communications, while 40% said improving customer experience was the biggest win from mobile messaging tools…
