A report from the Global Mobility Survey has found that the vast majority (82.7%) of organizations rely “heavily” on email to keep in contact with employees on assignment, with a high proportion of that number solely reliant on email.
The report noted how Indian businesses were far more likely to stay in touch with their colleagues than UK firms, who often “left their assignees in the cold”. Similarly, India-based firms were more likely to use social media programs to keep in touch with their workforce…
