Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) has accepted Cardinal Health‘s $2 billion offer to acquire vascular medical device producer, Cordis.

Teva reached a $1.2 billion settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over claims that Cephalon illegally blocked generics that competed with its sleep-disorder drug Provigil. It marked the first time the FTC had received a financial settlement for drug purchasers in a “pay for delay” case, according to The Wall Street Journal.
