What were your considerations when picking an office space and designing its layout?

The TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard office has an open floor plan and an open door policy. When we first moved into our new Santa Monica headquarters, our first order of business was taking down my wood door and replacing it with a glass door to promote an environment of communication and collaboration. Desks are not divided, and team members are encouraged to talk freely, ask questions and work together.
