Microsoft Internet Explorer End of Support

FAQs

Impact to TigerConnect Users

Microsoft has scheduled its browser Internet Explorer (IE) for End of Support effective June 15, 2022. To avoid technical and security issues we are requesting that all TigerConnect web users switch to supported browsers to launch TigerConnect solutions immediately.

After June 15th, we will not be addressing any issues with TigerConnect solutions related to the IE browser. Additionally, we encourage customers who have not already done so, to familiarize themselves with the risks around continuing to use Internet Explorer after Microsoft stops supporting the browser.

Effective December 1, 2022 — the TigerConnect platform will no longer be accessible via IE.
