Inevitably, some of your staff are do-it-yourselfers. You know the type. So eager to send messages securely that they download TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard on their device before an admin has sent them an invitation into the org. What happens to these users? Until now, they would wait patiently for access, but admins didn’t know they had registered for accounts on their own.
We’re addressing the process with this latest release. Now whenever someone signs up for TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard using an email address that matches a domain associated with your organization, admins will be notified. Pending users will be added to a list in the Org Settings tab in the Admin Console. From this page, admins can use the controls on the right to add these users to the org manually or decline them. And just to be sure, TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard sends admins a weekly email summarizing Pending User Requests.
