Sometimes you need to have a secure back-and-forth with a colleague, but they’re not using TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard. Whether it’s because they haven’t downloaded the app yet, or because they’re not currently logged in, it’s not a problem. In the prior version, you could exchange only one message, but now we’re upgrading the chat session so you can have a more extended conversation.
Previously recipients of a chat session link were limited to one reply. With this upgrade, they now have a full sixty minutes of unlimited conversation and admins can reset this time window for their users to any length of time between one minute and 24 hours.
To begin a secure browser conversation with someone who is not using TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard, find them in your org directory and send a message just as you would for someone who is using the app. They will get a link to the secure chat session where they will find your message.
