Search Just Got Better - TigerText Web Console Update

Every month, millions and millions of messages are sent across our platform. With so many of you relying on the TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard web console to communicate securely, we wanted to make your user experience even more seamless.

That is why we’ve made our desktop search functionality a little easier and a little more intuitive. After all, the purpose of the search is to find stuff more quickly and easily, right?

Sometimes when searching through conversation threads though, you may get pages and pages of results which can be a pain to sift through. Instead of one endless scrolling list of search results, the TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform – Standard web console now sorts and filters your results into one of three categories: Individual, Group, or Distribution Lists so you can find what you need, faster.

We hope you’ll enjoy this new enhancement as much as we do.
