Staying Connected On-the-Go

TigerConnect exhibited at the conference and met with numerous home health and hospice leaders. We had the opportunity to discuss the importance of HIPPA-compliant solutions in healthcare with attendees, particularly those on-the-go caregivers. Secure messaging is vital to making work efficient and meaningful for employees and patients. TigerConnect allows physicians and staff to connect with patients and families in real-time to provide high-quality care and keep patients safe at the same time.

Communication is at the core of connection and was definitely front of mind during the conference. How can caregivers improve communication to reach patients and their families where they are on their care journey? According to Ian Nix, Account Executive at TigerConnect, “This was my first time attending NAHC and I was impressed by the excellent conversations that were sparked by this year’s theme of communication. Home Health and Hospice leaders are clearly focused on giving their teams the best and most efficient processes for communicating—both internally and with their patients—so that they can keep delivering excellent care.”

TigerConnect Enables Stronger Connections

NAHC attendees were able to see TigerConnect features in action; simplifying the following home health and hospice care workflows:
