Cheryl McKay, PhD, RN, Nurse Executive Accountable Care

Dr. Cheryl McKay is a healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles. She has directed care for both large academic facilities and smaller multi-site inpatient and outpatient centers. In addition, she has led research, quality, education, and clinical divisions. Dr. McKay specializes in helping healthcare organizations improve quality through evidence-based practice. As a critical care clinical specialist, nurse executive, and researcher, she has a broad range of experience in helping clients successfully manage technology implementation and advancement, product development, marketing and sales. Dr. McKay holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Texas and an MSN in Adult Critical Care from Azusa Pacific University. She also holds a BSN from Mount St. Mary’s College.
